I Ordered a glass vessel sink based on pictures and descriptions shown in their catalog. The sink arrived and had many air bubbles trapped inside the glass. The bubbles were bunched together in some spots and not present in others. I informed the Owner, Ariel Ross and he claimed this to be a design feature to add some sparkle to the piece. I believe that these bubbles are unsightly and were the result of a defect in their construction. I would not have purchased this sink if I saw it on display. I asked Mr. Ross for a partial rebate of the price I paid as the product that I received was defective and should not have been sold as a first quality product, but as a second. As of this writing, I have had no reply.

We have had an incredibly bad experience with Renaissance. They took a deposit and made excuses for non delivery for four months. They kept thousands in deposit money. I would RUN! from these guys. R Brooks, NY

To respond to BROOKS CUSTOMS negative's review; I will let the readers make their own judgment, please see 3 letters previously sent to Mr. Brooks that remain unanswered as of today.
I would say It is frustration since they have been terminated as our greater NYC dealer/distributor. This company removes our stickers from our samplers and changes the names on both packaging and samples to put their name and logo letting many customers to believe that they were producing glass countertops. To all the kitchen and bath showrooms of that territory, you most likely have Renaissance Glassworks countertops glass samples, you are all welcome to contact us directly.
