Terry and his install team were fantastic! The big box stores will just waste your time, call him first. Terry came by personally to measure and quote my project, his team installed the carpet during the time they said they would and were very professional and asked questions to ensure the carpet was installed to my liking. Terry then showed up later in the afternoon to personally inspect the work. That level of dedication is unmatched in this day and age. Thanks Terry and the FCI Team!

Our office carpet replacement was spot-on perfect. Additionally we replaced our living room carpet with hardwood. The installation was not without incident, but the company kept their promise of a quality installation, replacing some of the hardwood they had already installed at their own expense. The end result was perfection.

Sales rep Justin did a great job on presenting all flooring options. He put no pressure on me to committ that day. Installers were great and let me know of any problems right away. I had a water leak that I was unaware of. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were awesome from start to finish.

A Huge Thank You to Greg and Ann Beriault and their team at Floor Coverings International of Carmel. Recently we had a flood in our basement and we were in need of replacing the carpet. I think the best part of this whole experience was having them come to our home with all the samples of their products!! We were able to place the samples along side our baseboards, cabinets, paint and furniture while making our selection. So convenient!! Kasey was our salesman. He was courteous and very knowledgeable of their products. He really listened to our needs. He provided an excellent and beautiful product at a great price! Miguel and his team of installers were on time, professional and very clean!!! We were very pleased with the quality of craftsmanship and installation. Again thanks for being there for us!! We had a great experience working with Ann and Greg of Floor Coverings International of Carmel. They were professional and experienced to find us the floor we wanted and give us the right alternative for our home. Unlike the other companies we had quote they were much more than price. 1. They came to our home and discussed what we wanted before ever showing us samples. They then showed us a few samples to narrow our choices. 2. They knew from the beginning how to fix the floor so when the old flooring was removed we would not have gaps at doors and thresholds. No one else brought that up. 3. They worked with us to match colors so cabinets and other colors would look great with the floor. Once the process started Ann only brought targeted samples, plus ideas we had not thought of doing in our home. By the time we got down to 2 samples she called us to show one more new idea and we picked it. 4. Price, they worked with us to get the floor and installation at a good price. Installation went great and everyone who walks in comments on the floor. Highly recommend them for flooring.

Floor Coverings International has customer service second to none. We completed a Carpet purchase and installation with these fine folks. We plan to get the remaining floors of our house replaced with Floor Coverings International!

Floor Coverings International of Carmel did an amazing job with our home! We had several projects - new carpet in one room, new laminate in three rooms, and new hardwood on our stairs. They also had to match the color of one set of laminate and the stairs to existing laminate in our entryway. It matches and looks perfect! The stairs were tricky too, as five of the stairs were a custom length. They were able to cut and fit these as well. It give our house a brand new, updated look. All of these installations took about a week, which I thought was great timing for all of these projects. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International.
