Since we did both heating and air conditioning replacements, Air Duct Cleaning LA suggested we first install the heater and when the spring came on, we would install the a/c unit. First was the heater install and with the options given as quotes, we made our choice and have been really satisfied with this choice and the heater's operation. It's so quiet. Later, the weather is warming and we receive a call from Air Duct Cleaning LA's Tim letting us know they feel this would be a good opportunity to install the a/c. We went ahead on their recommendations, Tim and his team came out with their original install procedures prior to the actual install date to review and verify all is ready on their side and our side. Well done, Air Duct Cleaning LA. This layer of professional integrity with the reassurance the job will be completed on time with the least amount of down time at our house was the icing on the cake. The Air Duct Cleaning LA technicians were fantastic. We tried to stay out of their way but if a question did arise, all of these men were so polite. Truly there is no way to actually highlight all the qualities seen during this quest for both the heater and the a/c. I can say, the care taken by the technicians to keep the house as clean as possible, answering our concerns, the first quote with emails giving us options to consider, down to the pre-review of the a/c install, were all compliments in the quality assurance to a fantastic job(s) done. We appreciate the new warmth and cool - which is now costing us less than last year. Right ON!!

One of my close friend recommended me to Eddie at Air Duct Cleaning. In the care factor when installing the product. We unfortunately had those cheap overseas batts from the 'Free Install' period so had them removed and the roof vacuumed. The four guys who installed were absolutely great tradesmen. If you are considering putting batts into your home then this contractor with their excellent team do the job properly. Thanks for the excellent result. We had them also install a Roof ventilator and would call again worth venting the roof to remove hot air built up.

We had our AC units installed this week and Adam that came to do the install were great. Adam and team were very professional and accommodating, and very nice and pleasant to converse with. The installation went without a hitch. they cleaned up afterward and showed us how to use the units. We couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience. I would recommend this company and especially these men to anyone. Also at the end of the day Adam came by to make sure all went well, that's what I call service. It's nice to see Adam and the workers care about the quality and the service that is given. If we need anything else concerning heating and cooling I would not hesitate to give Air Duct Cleaning a call. Excellent Job.

I had a mess in my attic with rats. Mark came and inspected everything. He took pictures of the mess in the attic as well as our crawlspace. He gave us a very fair price. We opted to have the attic and crawlspace cleaned and the old insulation removed and new insulation blown in. Mark and the crew did an excellent job of finding any openings that rats could enter and filling those openings with mesh as well as foam. They did an amazing job of clean up and protected the rest of my home from any mess. They cleaned up afterward. I am very particular and have a high standard and I am very pleased. I highly recommend Air Duct Cleaning to anyone!

Jacob and crew arrived on time and did the air duct cleaning first. Jacob also examined our furnace and told that it also needed to be cleaned. He showed and explained each step in detail, and although the total cost in the end was much more than we thought (because it was not just the air duct cleaning), we are satisfied with the final result and have been using the heating system nicely for the past 8 days. When you request an inspection, repair, or installation from a company that provides such services, you never really know what kind of customer service you'll be receiving from the repair person. Today I was rather fortunate to have have met Tim. Tim arrived promptly at our agreed upon time, inspected, and then proceeded to review his assessment of the faults our system experiencing with me. As an electrical engineer myself, i appreciated his thorough assessment of the technical faults our system was experiencing, and subsequent recommendations for repairs. My experience with Tim was nothing short of perfect. It must also be noted that along with his technical expertise, Tim had a tremendous attitude and a gift for communication. Los Extremely happy with the service we received, the entire process was seamless. We had our old insulation removed and roof vacuumed and then new insulation installed. Adam was very helpful and informative at the beginning, which as I found out, not many would go to the trouble. We want to replace our old furnace and air conditioning system. Based on an internet search with great reviews we found Air Duct Cleaning and contacted them. Tim was a true professional in every sense; he was the only vendor that crawled up in our attic, took photos of all the ductwork and shared them with me, and also the only vendor that contacted me after sending me his quote to ask if I had any questions. Eddie and Jacob were removing my old system were more difficult than planned. A door frame had to be removed to extract the old furnace and was done professionally. Our new system was installed on the same day and we are extremely satisfied with the results. There a many A/C vendors.
