Ad Hoc Design Studio can manage residential or commercial projects. We can inspire styles from traditional to modern in which old and new can mingle with a clean and elegant approach. We offer planning solutions and design in existing structures, with emphasis on maintaing the integrity of the space and choosing wherever possible, environmentally conscious design elements. Pilar Larraz, A native of Bogota Colombia, graduated from Jorge Tadeo Lozano University with a degree in Industrial Design, which lead directly to a position at Colombia’s Museum of Modern Art working in the publications and design department. After 4 years at the Museum of Modern Art in Bogota to further pursue her passion, she moved to New York City, where she married Julio Larraz, a world-renown Latin American artist. Together they lived and traveled Europe and the Americas, learning, experiencing and absorbing the culture of the western world. Pilar’s gift for design has brought her to Miami, where she is using her talent, experience and passion to build an exciting Interior Design and art consulting business.
