Placed an order to replace 20 year old screens. I had several questions prior to ordering. My questions were answered, the screens arrived in perfect condition, they fit the windows perfectly. I will definitely order from Affordable Screen Company again.

The screen I was replacing has WHITE pull tabs at the bottom for removal and sits next to two others in a triple window, so I ordered a replacement screen with pull tabs at the bottom assuming it would MATCH THE OTHERS. I was disappointed to receive a screen with BLACK pull tabs. I was NEVER ASKED in the order process what color my pull tabs were. HOW WOULD I KNOW THAT I NEED TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION? I do not order screens every day, nor do I make them for other people. This was Affordable Screen's responsibility, since they make replacement screens. This company doesn't know that there are other color pull tabs in screens besides BLACK? They obviously don't care whether my screen matches the others or not. The screen looks lousy and the black tabs stick out like a sore thumb against my all white window frames. This is ridiculous. A complete waste of my time and $40.

What color pull tabs are you looking for? Give us a call at 972-346-8179, M-F 9am-5pm CST and we can see what we can do you resolve this for you. Just so you know it is very rare to have a different color pull tab other than black.

We had Affordable Screens install solar screens on our East windows and they have made a tremendous difference when the morning sun use to heat our room up without solar screens.
