He was always willing to work through any issue that came up and provide a win win for everyone. He responded to every phone call or email within 24 hours. We really appreciated his energy and responsiveness.

We can't recommend Kroiss Development enough. Their attention to detail and top-of-class expertise is remarkable. We hired them to build our home from the ground up 10 years ago. When it was time to finish our lower level there was no question who we would use. Kroiss and their sub-contractors are professional, organized and timely. Their craftsmanship is second to none. Highly recommend!

From the onset of the project up until its completion, they worked closely with us to identify and execute the building of our family's dream home. Wow- where do I start. Working with Todd Simning and Kroiss Development was First Class from the start. All of our custom "home" wishes were incorporated into the plan as well as many amazing touches to bring the house to the next level. Right from the start of our build process was completely transparent. No hidden fees and complete honesty with the entire build process. Todd was completely hands on with every aspect of the build. Kroiss Development, Inc. build our new house 2+ years ago. Several other Kroiss houses were being built in the neighborhood at the same time, which caused confusion at times, but Kroiss, specifically Todd Simning, was quick to address any issue identified within a very short timeframe. He was always responsive and remedied the situation immediately. They built a well made house and over two years later are still responsive to any questions or needs we have. I would recommend Kroiss to others for sure. Thank you Kroiss.

コメント：Gable trim boards - beautiful designI don't remember the exact product we used but I believe it was a fyphon cove molding of some sort. The cove does a lot to enhance the beauty and gives some relief.

コメント：The backsplash looks great. Can you share the color of the grout?I do not know the color of grout but I can tell you that there is no way it had a golden color - it blended into the tile more so and left the pattern of tile to be the focal point. Hope that helps.
