Home replacement after ChCh earthquake. Helpful, expert, innovative, up to date, patient with customer, generous with limited insurance funding to our advantage, one main consultant but availability of specialist advisers as required, they would visit us or we could visit them as required at any time, patient answers to all of our questions no mater how simple or obvious. We will choose and use them again, especially Rachelle Hunt.
