ACR Decorative Concrete

A friend recommended ACR to us and we are very happy they did. Frank (the owner) was in constant contact with us throughout the project, proactively updating us every step of the way. He and his crew are extremely competent, and I would certainly consider them experts (even craftsman). Their attention to quality and detail is top notch. I would recommend ACR for any size project. Our project including a driveway, stamped pool deck, retaining wall, and poured steps. We get comments that the back of our house now looks prettier than the front!

ACR was competitive on price, but most important, they provided great service, product and communication to our project. Our huge driveway looks awesome and was finished earlier than projected. ACR Concrete was a class act from beginning to end to after completion. They worked hard to get our new patio exactly like we wanted it and shape it to meet our need. We had them install a large patio with 48" fire pit and 12' long sitting wall. They made sure from the shape to the stamped pattern to the coloration that we were pleased. Their attention to detail was exceptional. Their installation crew was not only highly skilled, but accommodating, pleasant, trustworthy and hard working. They worked hard to not disturb our driveway and yard and didn't. Within a few weeks, you wouldn't have known they had ever been there except we had a gorgeous new patio. It's amazing! The crew at ACR just completed a big project for my wife and I at our home near Amberley Village. We discovered our nearly 900 square foot deck had severe structural and rot problems and the covered porch off the back of our house was nearing collapse. I had two goals when I replaced the deck, I wanted the replacement to be beautiful and I wanted it to be the last porch I had to put in. These guys absolutely delivered! The team from the start communicated clearly, always called if there was going to be a rain delay, and weren't afraid to ask questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They handled change orders professionally and with very fair pricing. The crews were always knowledgeable of the process and were not afraid to dig in to fix problems as they crept up. Supporting the roof of my house while digging out years old problems from the covered porch was no easy task but they didn't hesitate at all. The crews also took great care to protect my yard and the rest of the property from damage during the pour. They laid down plywood on the yard to make sure the buggies didn't tear up my lawn, they swept up after themselves, and when the project was complete my yard and driveway were all put back in order. I can not recommend this company enough. We will be having them back to take on some additional projects.

ACR installed a stamped concrete patio for our home and it turned out wonderful! They were a great team for the job, always showed up and put in their best work for our satisfaction. ACR has been the BEST contractor I've ever worked with! They just finished a huge patio for us in Springboro - it's BEAUTIFUL! The whole process was seamless. ACR Concrete, was a great experience installing our stamped concrete porch, steps, and walkway. We didn't know exactly what we wanted, or where to begin. We loved visiting the showroom, and they walked us step- by- step as we went forward with our project. The staff worked from early morning till dusk until our project was completed. They still managed to always keep positive attitudes, and maintained their professionalism. We couldn't be more happy with the turn out of our project, and would say thanks to the team- for the compliments that don't stop coming about our new and approved porch. Hired this company to put stamped concrete around our pool. They did not complete the work. They did not pay the subcontractors for their work. The work they did was not up to industry standards for concrete work. We took them to court and they filled bankruptcy to avoid paying. I wish I would have looked into their reputation before I hired them.
