Arnett construction did a fabulous job on our kitchen remodel. Every worker was respectful, clean, professional and got their job done on time. Our project manager was the best! He kept everything moving along he made sure all aspects of the remodel were done correctly and he was calm and confident. I would highly recommend Arnett construction for new or remodel projects! I look forward to working with them again on another remodel in my home.

The Arnett Team delivers a great product. We recently worked with Arnett on a large construction project in downtown Charleston involving 5 historical homes with a lot of moving parts. During the construction process there are always surprises. Arnett Construction consistently thought outside the box to provide solutions and value engineer great options for our clients. Travis and his team were nothing short of amazing. Our custom dream home was built on time and on budget and is simply stunning. Communication was easy and open and any questions we had were answered promptly. We have lived in our home now for almost 2 weeks and are having difficulty even finding items for a punch list. An added bonus to using Arnett Custom Homes is Travis’s keen eye for design and creativity. The office staff, including the manager Michelle, are extremely helpful and knowledgeable which helped the flow of the project as well. Without hesitation I recommend them to anyone who wishes to see their dreams brought to life!

I work with Arnett Construction as a local material supplier, and they set a high standard for custom home builders in the market. The staff are highly skilled, professional and communicate often. Each project receives focus as if it were the only active job site in the company. The material supply always runs in an organized fashion and on budget. Travis and his team recently built a house for my family on Johns Island. He did an excellent job from the beginning with a thorough bid and detailed cost estimate. He clearly delineated what was included in the bid. Once we got started, he worked quickly and efficiently to build the house and completed the project in approximately 7 months. We have been in the house for several months and are impressed with the overall quality. We are also pleased that Travis has been willing to address several small punchlist items that make the house even more enjoyable. Thanks to Travis, Michelle and his crew for job well done!

My husband and I hired Arnett Construction upon the recommendation of our daughter and son-in-law whose home was also built by Arnett Construction. We found Travis Arnett, owner, to be extremely attentive to our needs and desires as we were building our retirement home. No question was left unanswered, to our total satisfaction. Travis proved to be exceptionally talented and creative while working within the parameters of our budget, deadline, and designs. His suggestions demonstrated a deep knowledge and understanding of true Southern comfort!

Travis was with us helping us from start to finish helping with our design, construction suggestions/ ideas while keeping us within our budget and construction on schedule. Travis and his team provide both great service and follow-up after our home was built, I can still call Travis directly with questions and he is always ready to help. We are very happy with the work and have received many compliments from friends and family. Arnett Construction is friendly, courteous and they treated us like we were their only customer. We are extremely happy with our new home and would absolutely recommend them to our friends.

Arnett Construction recently completed a rather difficult job for me on Johns Island. Construction included huge beams, architectural detail, and an unusual design. No project is without issues, but whenever a problem occurred, Travis was able to find solutions or offer reasonable options. His price is fair and the finished product is good quality.

Travis and Arnett Construction masterfully completed renovating our Charleston single home built in 1885. The entire process was stress-free with the team explaining all of the steps to make our home a showcase house, and a place for us to create a lifetime of memories. Restoring an historic home to its former glory requires a level of master craftsmanship, understanding how to work together with the city architect, BAR, and the entire team involved in approving permits, design and modifications. The finished home exceeded all of our expectations, from the structural steel, the impressive framing with attention to detail, complex piazza rebuilding with historic detail, refinishing original heart pine floors, and piecing together a million parts into a beautiful home. THANK YOU to everyone at Arnett Construction – we have a place to call home now in Charleston that we will cherish for the remainder of our lives!

Travis Arnett and his crew built me my first home. I can honestly say that I hope any future home I build, is half as smooth as this process. They showed up every day ready to work hard! Picking the finishes was a very enjoyable experience with their willingness to help. From the bamboo floors to the Shadowstorm granite island, I get countless compliments on the house. I can't say enough!

Per plan, on budget and on time! I hired Arnett Construction for an extensive rehab/remodel of an 1860 Charleston Single. All walls inside and out were taken down to the studs and rebuilt, all systems (electric, plumbing, HVAC) were replaced, 2 1/2 bathrooms were added and a room addition was built at the back of the house to become the kitchen. During the entire project, I found Travis Arnett to be on top of things, managing the project, the subcontractors and the city inspections very well. I particularly appreciated Travis's approach to unforeseen problems. His solutions were always sensible and practical. The quality of the tradesmen on his payroll (framing and carpentry in particular) are a tribute to his company. Travis is also very knowledgeable about local resources (kitchen designer, appliance, tile suppliers etc...) and will spend time to assist you navigating the endless options. I will not hesitate to hire Arnett Construction for another project. Job very well done!

Travis Arnett is a truly gifted builder. We have just completed a custom beach house on Isle of Palms and Travis' talent, integrity and enthusiasm made the experience truly joyous. As we live out of town, we relied on Travis for everything and we were never disappointed. He completed every task we asked of him on time and within budget. It was a pleasure to see his mind at work solving any challenges we faced in our project. His crew is as wonderful as he is and they go above and beyond in completing their work. I can say with utter sincerity that anyone in the market for a builder would be lucky to hire Arnett Construction.

コメント：Love these colors! What is the exterior, and accent colors used?The color is Romney on the historic colors of Charleston. The windows are PlyGem and come from the factory dark bronze if that is the color choosen

コメント：backsplashIts like a rustic oak. 3" x 24" I am sorry but this project was 3 years ago. I don't have that information anymore. I can tell you it was less than $4 ft

コメント：Backsplash?The backsplash is Mohawk porcelain tile. We set it without grout joints to make it look like real wood and its fooled a lot of people.
