Ace Space Design

My ID (Kenneth) was very prompt with his follow ups and even when we were too busy with work to check on the renovation, Kenneth would update us on the works that was being done almost on a daily basis. Overall the renovation took approximately 3 months to complete but we were not in a hurry to move in anyway. There were some small issues that surfaced after the renovation but Kenneth was very prompt in the rectifications. He even personally came to mop and clean up the place after the rectification works! On days when we have delivery for our electrical appliances, Kenneth would make the trip down to our unit and oversee the installation of the appliances even if its not part of his scope of work. He is truly a passionate and reliable ID that i would recommend to others.

We are very thankful to have chosen Kenneth Ng from AceSpace to take care of the design works and renovation of our very first home. His first question to us was “What kind of concept do you wish to have in your new home” and that serves as his guiding objective as we discussed further into the details. He is very creative yet practical, sharing with us the MUST do and what is good to have so that we do not need to spend on unnecessary things that does not value add to our overall design. Upon seeing our studio unit for our parents, he was quick to suggest relocation of the TV points for better space planning for my aged parents’ safety. He also urges us to try out a customised Headboard for our Master bedroom which so far received nothing but compliments from our friends and even movers who have seen the design. My objective of engaging an ID is to make sure that my house design will leave an impression to those who have seen it, and Kenneth nails it perfectly. There were some hiccups along the way concerning our brick wall, the effect was not to our liking and Kenneth was willing to redo the whole brick wall until it met our requirements. His service might not be 1 of the most affordable, neither the most expensive, but so far he has proven that he will put in his best in the area of his abilities and even offered help during his own time to assist in other DIY project that I am working on. I guessed the scariest part about handling your own house over to a person you did not know at first is uncertainty, but I am contented to say that so far Kenneth has not disappoint us. My wife and I are looking forward to the finished product. Thank you Kenneth for your help so far.

I have worked previously with ASD (Ace Space Design). They were patient enough for me to make numerous changes and ever willing to accommodate some variants onsites. Their quality of works are pretty good too. These are the qualities I look for in an ID Company as this is a house that they will need to transform it to a HOME. The journey will have it hiccups along the ways, however, they were ever willing to lend a listening ear. As I am pleased with their works, I am currently working with them on other projects. Kudos to Nick Pang(a.k.a The Boss) for a brilliant job.
