John, I am very disappointed in your service. Ever day that we speak you tell me a different reason to why you can not send someone out to complete my bathroom that you started 12 days ago. On your first day my bedroom was left as a health hazard full of dust with no explanation or apology. You do not communicate if there is a change in timing of scheduled events. Overall I just wish that you would have given me my money back and be honest with yourself and say that you are unable to complete job or flat out unwilling to finish what you started. Still, I am left with an incomplete bathroom and the promise of a plumber coming out to me for the past 4days. Sadly I'm still waiting as I write this review.
