Didn’t finish job. My range hood that they installed, they left a 6”x 2’ galvanized piece of ductwork out. Also chipped new granite countertop that I had to replace at $340.00. My cost was an additional $360 plus my 2hrs.of labor. They charged me over $500 for their 2hrs of labor

Stephan, I want to apologize for your experience for AAE. Once I saw this review I have tried to call you with the number we have on file. If we chipped your countertop we will be glad to pay for it. Also, $500 for two hours work does not match our hourly rates so I would love to talk to you about what you got billed for and we will make it right if we made a mistake. If there is anything we can do to improve this situation, please call our office and ask for the VP of operations. Thank you.

Easy to schedule service as well as a quick response time. Their staff are very professional and always aiming to go above and beyond our expectations. We appreciate their service and will be calling them on our next electrical need.

I hired them to repair an extremely costly and dangerous mistake another electrician made when working on our water heater. A-American Electric followed the right steps to ensure that our home was safe - including reporting the other person's mistake to the county. After their repairs, everything passed inspection and we had hot water again! Thanks for taking the time to explain to me what was going on.
