Howard had been our designer for our semi detached house and we are lucky to have found him through our friend’s recommendation. We absolutely love our house. Howard is a very detailed designer who plans every aspect of our house down to intricate details which made it very enjoyable for our living and the flow of the house is just great for our family. He gives great advices for our options, budget and lifestyle and and we appreciate Howard’s timeless approach to his design, as opposed to following fads that goes out of fashion. He is also very effective at managing the process which took a lot of stress off us having to deal with various parties. We are glad to have worked with Howard with his passion and belief in his design approach. We would give a high recommendation for Howard.

We chose 7 Interior Architecture from our search as we can see ourselves living in his designs. They are clean, pragmatic and everlasting. Howard was able to marry what we wanted to retain with areas to be re-done which we were very glad as it helped to keep a lid on costs. His design balances style with practicality. From concept to design and construction, H ensured things go as close to plans & scope as possible with constant communication and inevitable changes quickly conveyed to builder. Howard was always pleasant and considerate to deal with. It was definitely a right decision to engage a professional designer who is experienced, trustworthy, forthcoming and honest to design and competently project manage giving us peace of mind and enjoyment. There are just so many technical and functional aspects one could miss out in the whole process doing it themselves.

On top of that he’s polite & respectful, trustworthy and a wonderful personality. I loved the final work product. It was not just of a high quality but well within budget. Howard came highly recommended by two different friends so we engaged him to give our resale condo a new look. We are very pleased with the end result, and Howard has been great to work with. Classy taste - Howard managed to help us look out for tasteful furniture and fittings without breaking the bank. 2. Detailed - he is very detailed in every aspect of the design/renovation process and it shows in the end result. Small details added up really can make a place look more sophisticated. 3. Experienced - given his years of experience, he can be trusted to make the best recommendations. Example would be how a simple 3cm difference between the Top of the basin to the cabinet made a world of difference to the look and usability of the tap. 4. Thoughtful - as we mentioned we did not have a big Budget, he would recommend only the best bang for buck changes, and advise us against those otherwise - like keeping and refurbishing the parquet floor instead of replacing it. 5. Reliable throughout the entire process 6. Fair pricing - howard charged us a fair price, and definitely exceeded our expectations for what we paid. Reno details Fully renovated one bathroom, shifted the space between two bedrooms, and reconfigured a long kitchen table into booth seats.

We hired Howard in 2017 to do a complete overhaul of our first family home that we bought. He is a very professional designer, and extremely detailed oriented. We were blown over by his vision that was put together at the end. As we are not design professionals, we were initially skeptical of his ideas but he thoughtfully convinced us in the critical areas that we should maintain (with his advice) and gently nudged us to the changes we should adapt. We were very happy with the final output and highly recommend Howard. He is also very capable in project managing from start to end we didnt have to worry about anything...! One year into our beautiful home that Howard created for us, we love coming back and spending time every night/day!

I hired Howard in 2014 to redo my small one bed room apartment. It was such a great experience working with him. From the initial interview where I expressed what I liked and wanted to achieve - more storage space, adding a bar and fitting in a 65" TV, Howard captured all this when he presented the first drawings and design. Everything was fit into my budget and the quality of work was excellent and delivered on time. Totally love my place and what he has done.

The main ID Howard has a good eye and ability to balance style, functionality and cost. He was the only designer out of the 6 we met that loved our 30yr old vintage terrazo floor and made it work in an old hdb. His project management skills are top notch and he takes care of the details.

Howard was amazing to work with. He guided us through the design processes in a very professional manner and more importantly, he struck a great balance of listened to us in terms of our colour and material preferences vs. providing his expert opinions. We did end up exceeding our initial budget (not for Howard's fees, but for the renovation works), but looking at the results, both my wife and I are really happy with the investment that we've made into our home. Howard is a wonderful designer, did a wonderful job for my home. From initial discussion, to design to plan to execution, every stage was in control and with regular meetings throughout the renovation. Coordination was a breeze.
