This beautifully crafted white floor-to-ceiling bedroom built-in is a perfect way to get the most out of any space. The brilliant storage solution transformed a tight urban space into a functional and aesthetic addition to the home. It was custom designed to accent the master bedroom without crowding, with three sections of additional hanging space, ten drawers and five pull-out shoe shelves. Parz Designs rounded out this custom-built in with multiple adjustable shelves sitting just behind the remaining doors.

The master bedroom is all about drama. Dark blue grass cloth walls and drapery in an abstract watery blue and ivory pattern lend softness to the space. We loved finding this little pirate box as a nod to Tampa's Gasparilla festival held each February.

Bedroom Decorating ideas. Rustic meets Urban Chic Interior designer Rebecca Robeson, mixed the glamour of luxury fabrics, furry rugs, brushed brass and polished nickel, clear walnut… both stained and painted... alongside rustic barn wood, clear oak and concrete with exposed ductwork, to come up with this dreamy, yet dramatic, urban loft style Bedroom. Three whimsical "Bertjan Pot" pendant lights, suspend above the bed and nightstands creating a spectacular effect against the reclaimed barn wood wall. At the foot of the bed, two comfortable upholstered chairs (Four-Hands) and a fabulous Italian leather pouf ottoman, sit quietly on an oversized bamboo silk and sheepskin rug. Rebecca adds coziness and personality with 2 oval mirrors directly above the custom-made nightstands. Adjacent the bed wall, another opportunity to add texture to the 13-foot-tall room with barn wood, serving as its backdrop to a large 108” custom made dresser and 72” flat screen television. Collected and gathered bedding and accessories make this a cozy and personal resting place for our homeowner. This cozy lake cottage skillfully incorporates a number of features that would normally be restricted to a larger home design. A glance of the exterior reveals a simple story and a half gable running the length of the home, enveloping the majority of the interior spaces. To the rear, a pair of gables with copper roofing flanks a covered dining area and screened porch. Inside, a linear foyer reveals a generous staircase with cascading landing. Further back, a centrally placed kitchen is connected to all of the other main level entertaining spaces through expansive cased openings. A private study serves as the perfect buffer between the homes master suite and living room. Despite its small footprint, the master suite manages to incorporate several closets, built-ins, and adjacent master bath complete with a soaker tub flanked by separate enclosures for a shower and water closet. Upstairs, a generous double vanity bathroom is shared by a bunkroom, exercise space, and private bedroom. The bunkroom is configured to provide sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people. The rear-facing exercise has great views of the lake through a set of windows that overlook the copper roof of the screened porch below.

Для оформления спальни хотелось использовать максимум натуральных материалов и фактур. Образцы стеновых панелей с натуральным шпоном дуба мы с хозяйкой утверждали несколько месяцев. Нужен был определенный тон, созвучный мрамору, легкая «седина» прожилок, структурированная фактура. Столярная мастерская «Своё» смогла воплотить замысел. Изящные латунные полосы на стене разделяют разные материалы. Обычно используют Т-образный профиль, чтобы закрыть стык покрытий. Но красота в деталях, мы и тут усложнили себе задачу, выбрали П-образный профиль и встроили в плоскость стены. С одной стороны, неожиданным решением стало использование в спальне мраморных поверхностей. Сделано это для того, чтобы визуально теплые деревянные стеновые панели в контрасте с холодной поверхностью натурального мрамора зазвучали ярче. Природный рисунок мрамора поддерживается в светильниках Serip серии Agua и Liquid. Светильники в интерьере спальни являются органическим стилевым произведением. На полу – инженерная доска с дубовым покрытием от паркетного ателье Luxury Floor. Дополнительный уют, мягкость придают текстильные принадлежности: шторы, подушки от Empire Design. Шкаф и комод растворяются в интерьере, они тут не главные.

WINNER: Silver Award – One-of-a-Kind Custom or Spec 4,001 – 5,000 sq ft, Best in American Living Awards, 2019 Affectionately called The Magnolia, a reference to the architect's Southern upbringing, this project was a grass roots exploration of farmhouse architecture. Located in Phoenix, Arizona’s idyllic Arcadia neighborhood, the home gives a nod to the area’s citrus orchard history. Echoing the past while embracing current millennial design expectations, this just-complete speculative family home hosts four bedrooms, an office, open living with a separate “dirty kitchen”, and the Stone Bar. Positioned in the Northwestern portion of the site, the Stone Bar provides entertainment for the interior and exterior spaces. With retracting sliding glass doors and windows above the bar, the space opens up to provide a multipurpose playspace for kids and adults alike. Nearly as eyecatching as the Camelback Mountain view is the stunning use of exposed beams, stone, and mill scale steel in this grass roots exploration of farmhouse architecture. White painted siding, white interior walls, and warm wood floors communicate a harmonious embrace in this soothing, family-friendly abode.
