This vibrant scullery is adjacent to the kitchen through a cased opening, and functions as a perfect spot for additional storage, wine storage, a coffee station, and much more. Pike choose a large wall of open bookcase style shelving to cover one wall and be a great spot to store fine china, bar ware, cookbooks, etc. However, it would be very simple to add some cabinet doors if desired by the homeowner with the way these were designed. Pool parties and sports-watching are cherished activities for the family of this 1961 ranch home in San Jose’s Willow Glen neighborhood. As the design process evolved, the idea of the Ultimate Cocktail Bar emerged and developed into an integral component of the new bright kitchen.

We remodeled the interior of this home including the kitchen with new walk into pantry with custom features, the master suite including bathroom, living room and dining room. We were able to add functional kitchen space by finishing our clients existing screen porch and create a media room upstairs by flooring off the vaulted ceiling.

A pass through bar was created between the dining area and the hallway, allowing custom cabinetry, a wine fridge and mosaic tile and stone backsplash to live. The client's collection of blown glass stemware are showcased in the lit cabinets above the serving stations that have hand-painted French tiles within their backsplash.

A young family moving from NYC to their first house in Westchester County found this spacious colonial in Mt. Kisco New York. With sweeping lawns and total privacy, the home offered the perfect setting for raising their family. The dated kitchen was gutted but did not require any additional square footage to accommodate a new, classic white kitchen with polished nickel hardware and gold toned pendant lanterns. 2 dishwashers flank the large sink on either side, with custom waste and recycling storage under the sink.
