Their primary goals were to increase the size of the shower, add a rain head, add a freestanding tub and overall freshen the feel of the space. The existing layout of the bath worked well, so we left the basic footprint the same, but increased the size of the shower and added a freestanding tub on a bit of an angle which allowed for some additional storage. One of the most important things on the wish list was adding a rainhead in the shower, but this was not an easy task with the angled ceiling. We came up with the solution of using an extra long wall-mounted shower arm that was reinforced with a meal bracket attached the ceiling. This did the trick, and no extra framing or insulation was required to make it work. The materials selected for the space are classic and fresh. Large format white oriental marble is used throughout the bath, on the floor in a herrinbone pattern and in a staggered brick pattern on the walls. Alder cabinets with a gray stain contrast nicely with the white marble, while shiplap detail helps unify the space and gives it a casual and cozy vibe. Storage solutions include an area for towels and other necessities at the foot of the tub, roll out shelves and out storage in the vanities and a custom niche and shaving ledge in the shower. Antique dresser turned tiled bathroom vanity has custom screen walls built to provide privacy between the multi green tiled shower and neutral colored and zen ensuite bedroom.

We divided 1 oddly planned bathroom into 2 whole baths to make this family of four SO happy! Mom even got her own special bathroom so she doesn't have to share with hubby and the 2 small boys any more.

This hall 1/2 Bathroom was very outdated and needed an update. We started by tearing out a wall that separated the sink area from the toilet and shower area. We found by doing this would give the bathroom more breathing space. We installed patterned cement tile on the main floor and on the shower floor is a black hex mosaic tile, with white subway tiles wrapping the walls.

This guest bath was remodeled to provide a shared bathroom for two growing boys. The dark blue gray vanity adds a masculine touch while double sinks and mirrors provide each boy with his own space. A tall custom linen cabinet in the shower area provides plenty of storage for towels and bath sundries, while a handy pullout hamper on the bottom keeps the area tidy. Classic white subway tile is repeated in the tub shower and on the vanity accent wall. Marble look porcelain floor tile picks up the gray color of the vanity and provides a beautiful and durable floor surface.

For this guest bath, often used by the man of the house, we kept the same footprint but wanted to update the finishes. Since this is a secondary space, budget was a consideration, and we were up for the job! We opted for darker, more masculine colors with a touch of deep blue. Natural textures and dark, warm colors set the palette. We chose bronze fixtures to really anchor the room. Since the budget was a concern, we selected an affordable shower wall tile and only splurged on the niche insert. We used a pre-fabricated vanity and paired it with a remnant countertop piece. We were even able to order the shower door online!

We undertook a comprehensive bathroom remodel to improve the functionality and aesthetics of the space. To create a more open and spacious layout, we expanded the room by 2 feet, shifted the door, and reconfigured the entire layout. We utilized a variety of high-quality materials to create a simple but timeless finish palette, including a custom 96” warm wood-tone custom-made vanity by Draftwood Design, Silestone Cincel Gray quartz countertops, Hexagon Dolomite Bianco floor tiles, and Natural Dolomite Bianco wall tiles.

This spa-like main bathroom features a seductive and dramatic marble-looking feature wall. The dark wall is softened by contrasting wood-looking plank floors and mosaic pebble tiled floor in the shower. The seven-foot shower has multiple shower heads, including rainfall. There is also a tiled bench and wall niches for convenience. The infinity glass walls feature brass accents that match the luxurious chandelier and plumbing fixtures. This bathroom is a homeowner's dream, designed with a sizeable drop-in jacuzzi for self-care spa nights. A separate toilet room is located just behind the shower, with an adjacent closet for storage. In addition, the double black bathroom vanity with statement hardware ties in the dark feature wall. The frameless mirrors above the vanity reflect light around the room.
