After a comprehensive Design, Permitting & Construction process the Nicholas Family is now renting their ADU for $2,500.00 per month.

The master had to be relaxing and inviting so Allison chose soothing wall colors and warm accents. She loved the selection of the medium teal as a backdrop for the space. Each piece of furniture was carefully selected – since they started from scratch – keeping a good, collective theme without appearing like a furniture set.

Welcome to this kitchen retreat. So peaceful and beautiful you don't mind cooking and cleaning the dishes. This is a smaller kitchen with an "L" shape to it that presents design challenges. But the result is breathtaking. These are semi custom cabinets by Decora by Design. Inset construction in agreeable grey. Brass accents that add that special touch. Tall storage pantry cabinets on the way to the dining area big enough to hold anything and everything. The star of the show is the marble counter tops and back splash. Pure sophistication. Don't miss the breakfront. Floor to ceiling storage that could not be any more beautiful. That is a walnut counter top with robin egg blue bead board in the back to finish it off. Lake Caroline home I photographed for the real estate agent to put on the market, home was under contract with multiple offers on the first day.. Situated in the resplendent Lake Caroline subdivision, this home and the neighborhood will become your sanctuary. This brick-front home features 3 BD, 2.5 BA, an eat-in-kitchen, living room, dining room, and a family room with a gas fireplace. The MB has double sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. There is a bonus room upstairs, too, that you could use as a 4th bedroom, office, or playroom. There is also a nice deck off the kitchen, which overlooks the large, tree-lined backyard. And, there is an attached 1-car garage, as well as a large driveway. The home has been freshly power-washed and painted, has some new light fixtures, has new carpet in the MBD, and the remaining carpet has been freshly cleaned. Lake decor powder room in shades of gray and white with a furniture style vanity and solid surface Corian sink counter top. Brush Nickel faucet and light fixture add a bit of sparkle. Hanging drift wood & boat rope shelf was a DIY project by home owner.

Plant-filled hackney garden with raised beds, two seating areas - one at each end of the garden - and a swath of colourful planting in between. There is a stepping stone path through the planted area. The patios, path and raised beds are made from brick to tone with the house.

This charming little kitchen is made picture perfect with classic white cabinetry and quartzite counter tops paired with walnut. Elegant details include the stunning pendant lights, gold faucet and barque glass. Floating shelves and glass hardware complete this glamorous yet cozy space.

This client wanted to keep with the time-honored feel of their traditional home, but update the entryway, living room, master bath, and patio area. Phase One provided sensible updates including custom wood work and paneling, a gorgeous master bath soaker tub, and a hardwoods floors envious of the whole neighborhood.

Here you can see the corner vanity, corner-hung mirror, and a bit of the light fixture and custom window shade! Perfectly beautiful efficiency in a small space!

This bathroom was a dated mish-mash (see Before Pics!) We decided to design it with mission/arts & crafts style tiles & include the farmhouse window frame(s) that go throughout the house. It's a pretty space now!
