A compact bathroom was updated with finishes honoring the historic home. Maximum storage is incorporated into the vanity. Inset mirrors help expand the brightness and feeling of space. Living un-lacquered brass fixtures are used through out the home to honor its vintage charm.

Beautiful white master bathroom: His and her sinks, enclosed tub with remote blinds for privacy, separate toilet room for privacy as well as separate shower. Custom built-in closet adjacent to the bathroom.

The family living in this shingled roofed home on the Peninsula loves color and pattern. At the heart of the two-story house, we created a library with high gloss lapis blue walls. The tête-à-tête provides an inviting place for the couple to read while their children play games at the antique card table. As a counterpoint, the open planned family, dining room, and kitchen have white walls. We selected a deep aubergine for the kitchen cabinetry. In the tranquil master suite, we layered celadon and sky blue while the daughters' room features pink, purple, and citrine.

Another referral from one of our favorite clients! The clients wanted to update their teenage son's bathroom which had a few wear and tear issues. There was talk to paint or replace cabinetry as the client had a vision and the current stain seemed to be in the way of that. They also wanted to be cost-effective, so we designed around the existing stained cabinetry. Tschida Construction helped with the execution and helped with some creative behind-the-scenes problems that popped up. Installing under counter sinks into a quartz bench top is easy to clean. Constructing a nib wall behind the vanity provides a break-in the otherwise flat wall. Dimensional layering provides added interest to the vanity area.

This traditional primary bath is just what the client had in mind. The changes included separating the vanities to his and hers, moving the shower to the opposite wall and adding the freestanding tub. The details gave the traditional look the client wanted in the space including double stack crown, framing around the mirrors, mullions in the doors with mirrors, and feet at the bottom of the vanities. The beaded inset cabinets with glass knobs also added to make the space feel clean and special. To keep the palate clean we kept the cabinetry a soft neutral and white quartz counter and and tile in the shower. The floor tile in marble with the beige square matched perfectly with the neutral theme.
