北欧スタイルの多目的ジムを作るにあたっての注意点

ランニングマシンやトレーニングバイクを使った有酸素運動や、ダンベル、バーベル、ベンチを使った本格的な筋力トレーニングをする場合、まずは床の耐久性を考慮する必要があります。重い器具は部屋の四隅に分散して配置したり、ランバーコア合板やラバーマットを下に敷いたりといった、重量が分散する工夫をすると良いでしょう。また、トレーニング中の掛け声やマシンがぶつかる音がご近所の迷惑になることもありますので、多目的ジムの防音、防振対策も忘れないようにしましょう。
