After assessing the Feng Shui and looking at what we had to work with, I decided to salvage the Florentine marble countertop and floors, as well as the "glam" vanity cabinet. People fought me on this, but I emerged victorious :-) By choosing this Thibaut Honsu wallpaper, the green marble is downplayed, and the wallpaper becomes the star of the show. We added a bamboo mirror, some bamboo blinds, and a poppy red light fixture to add some natural elements and whimsy to the space. The result? A delightful surprise for guests.

Situato al secondo piano di un palazzo d’epoca del quartiere Prati di Roma, questo grande appartamento era adibito ad uso ufficio, pertanto è stata necessaria una ristrutturazione importante per potergli ridare lustro. La conformazione della pianta ed i soffitti molto alti si prestano molto bene ad uno stile moderno con richiami classici dalle forme pulite. Il grande corridoio centrale è stato suddiviso in 3 spazi per poterlo sfruttare al massimo. L’ingresso, la zona filtro per la cucina e la sala pranzo si susseguono una dopo l’altra come in una danza che passo dopo passo ti porta nel cuore della casa dove sorge il soggiorno. Uno spazio ampio con un bellissimo soffitto cassettonato decorato che ne esalta il gusto e lo stile. Una grande finestra illumina questi lussuosi spazi. Dalla sala pranzo una porta bugnata conduce alla zona notte, tre camere, un ripostiglio e due bagni ci si affacciano. La camera matrimoniale, ampia presenta una grande portafinestra ad arco che dona luce e profondità alla stanza e l’accesso alla cabina armadio. Le camere singole sono state inserite la parte finale dell’appartamento. La camera in fondo, anch’essa con una grande portafinestra, ha un soppalco che permette di sfruttare a pieno la grande altezza (circa 4,60 m). Lo spazio sotto è adibito alla zona studio con una scrivania, l’armadio ed una poltrona, mentre la zona letto è sul soppalco. I due bagni, gemelli, sono completi di un’ampia doccia. Materiali eleganti come il parquet a spina a pavimento abbinato al riutilizzo di vecchie pavimentazioni come le cementine decorate, il soffitto del soggiorno riccamente decorato e l’uso di porte bugnate in stile come i grandi infissi d’epoca, confluiscono all’appartamento uno stile unico e di prestigio.

Ripresa fotografica: impiego obiettivo 24mm su pieno formato; macchina su treppiedi con allineamento ortogonale dell'inquadratura; impiego luce naturale esistente con l'ausilio di luci flash e luci continue 5400°K. Post-produzione: aggiustamenti base immagine; fusione manuale di livelli con differente esposizione per produrre un'immagine ad alto intervallo dinamico ma realistica; rimozione elementi di disturbo. Obiettivo commerciale: realizzazione fotografie di complemento ad annunci su siti web agenzia immobiliare; pubblicità su social network; pubblicità a stampa (principalmente volantini e pieghevoli).
