Keeping family close - and entertained - was the goal for this backyard remodel and waterfall installation by Elite Landscaping. This backyard entertaining oasis boasts a swimming pool, 12' high waterfall with a built-in 7' grotto underneath, and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and poolhouse. The beautiful poolscape helps the family love their outdoor space and offers them a peaceful escape - right at home. The in ground pool construction project and pool house included building an outdoor kitchen with grill, refrigerator, accessories, and granite countertops. The outdoor entertaining area features natural cedar underdecking, and a luxurious poolscape with large pondless waterfall. The natural stone firepit has a custom natural stone bench seat and polished natural stone caps. The custom designed paver pool deck, custom plantings, outdoor lighting accents, and boulders surround the outdoor environment with the perfect finishing touch.

This project we installed about 7 years ago & has about 300 fixtures. Since this large lighting system is costly to maintain I suggested LED options. The current fixtures were brass so we retrofitted most of the fixtures to LED & used high powered low wattage LED integrated fixtures for tall trees. This retrofit will save my client thousands on electrical and maintenance costs This photo doesn't show the palms very well because I took the photo opposite from the viewing area, which is the patio. En la parcela se ha realizado el vaso mediante muro de hormigón armado para la ejecución de una piscina. Está preparada para la instalación de cascadas y para la colocación de una cubierta automática. En la zona exterior, junto a la piscina, se han dejado preparadas las tomas para la colocación de una barbacoa, con zona de fregadero. En la planta semi-sótano se ha dejado una sala habilitada para la ejecución de una piscina enterrada, en la cual iría una cama de hidromasaje, varios jets de hidromasaje en la pared y una cascada laminar. En la planta semisótano se han dejado preparado los tubos de extracción necesarios para la colocación de un horno o una chimenea.
