Global Style

This lovely area in the master bedroom boasts a beautiful view to the expansive backyard. The woven draperies made of eco-friendly natural materials filters the light. This room is used for reading and for yoga, so I wanted to create a really relaxing space for them to enjoy. I reused the client's old futon bed and recovered it with a washable custom made futon mattress cover. The new floor lamp has a very interesting molten red base and an Asian motif. The rug has a big chrysanthemum design in a silky raised viscose material. The serene Buddha pillow is a great finishing touch and goes so well with the owners' canvas art!
