Levels of luxury

The recently renovated colonial was situated on a challenging site with severe elevations in both the front and back of the house. Jardin Passion carved out and contained the property by creating various levels that lend themselves to lush plantings and outdoor living areas. Working with an existing pool in the back, We designed a series of paver patios, a stone outdoor kitchen island and steps with a retaining wall, which lead to a waterfall and spa. We also added a putting green and play area. An elaborate exterior lighting plan that integrates over 250 lights throughout the property provided the finishing touch
