Somewhere in the living area, I want a gas fireplace that ideally can be enjoyed/seen from both living area and kitchen. I'm not sure if I want it on the southern wall--seems like ti would block views too much, so maybe on the eastern wall between master bedroom and living area, or on the northern wall. Note that I imagine people entering at the back of the house, the way the Modern Farmhouse plans by Mark Stewart show. Also, I want at least a 1 car garage, but would be OK with 2 car garage. This house is getting big LOL.
