Staged to Sell - New Build for Cadeby Homes - Ratby

Local Builder Cadeby Homes asked us to. install a partial stage in one of their properties at a new development in Ratby for an open weekend. The York is a 4 bedroomed detached property with a large lounge and a large living kitchen. Our brief was to create a lifestyle to inspire potential buyers. We worked closely with their sales and marketing team to identify their target buyer and to discuss design ideas, we then put all our ideas into room sets and mood boards for sign off. Our magic worked and just 24 hours after the open day all plots of this house type had been reserved.
