An accent color and built-in storage make the fireplace wall a focal point, and a large rug anchors the seating area and grounds the space. White draperies blend in with the walls, emphasizing the outdoor view.

A wonderful mix of a Victorian and Mid-Century aesthetic living space with bespoke, hand made and hand painted built in bookcases, storage cabinets and TV cabinet all in Farrow and Ball Railings with brass hardware.

The room is centered on a large wood burning fireplace which was finished with a reclaimed timber mantle we locally sourced and a plaster finish (Portola Paint). One of a kind vintage pieces such as the accent chair and sofa table add character to the living space.

After the renovation was complete, we took time adding contemporary art and furniture. A live-edge dining table with 8 modern swivel chairs are in a rich gray leather. Four black Milo Baughman chairs circle a Planter coffee table. A Stickbulb lighting fixture makes a statement over the dining room table. A stone fireplace highlights art and collectibles.
