This home's formal living room was repurposed as the wife's home office. A new mirror wall of custom cabinetry was added to provide much needed storage. Two lounge chairs provide additional seating for family members. The blue and coral color scheme is a homeowner favorite.
Modern home office in custom concrete and steel waterfront home. Exposed steel I beams are custom painted to match window material. All glass windows in the house have butt joint corners for maximum viewing. Large format 4 ft marble looking porcelain flooring is heated with radiant heat throughout the home. Office features living green roof, electric 80 inch fireplace with heater, 12 ft custom teak in wall storage and filing area, full bathroom with in-suite FAR sauna, wall safe and walk in closet area all with internal speaker system, Custom teak desk and furniture to match teak wall panel system. Truly one of the brightest offices with light pouring through the vast pieces of glass. Unobstructed views of mountain range and water and beach views. Library and home office.
The library featured a beautiful study desk, bookshelf and oak work desk. Crafted from oak and finished in a rich Farrow and Ball Stiffkey Blue, the study desk featured solid oak drawers and work top and also custom designed tier shelving. Alongside this, we also designed and crafted a drinks cabinet with an antique mirror back and a polished Carrara stone top. The lower cabinets were covered with a leather like material.
We finished the cabinets with round brass handles from Armac Martin and also inserted brass inlay into the cabinetry, which continued the theme from the wine wall in the kitchen.
