This 6000 square foot residence sits on a hilltop overlooking rolling hills and distant mountains beyond. The hacienda style home is laid out around a central courtyard. The main arched entrance opens through to the main axis of the courtyard and the hillside views. The living areas are within one space, which connects to the courtyard one side and covered outdoor living on the other through large doors.

The exterior features sandstone walls and columns with stucco and cast stone accents, a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the lake, and an outdoor living area and kitchen for entertaining. The interior features a grand foyer with an elegant stairway with limestone steps, columns and flooring. The gourmet kitchen includes a stone oven enclosure with 48” Viking chef’s oven. This home is handsomely detailed with custom woodwork, two story library with wooden spiral staircase, and an elegant master bedroom and bath. 玄関は家族やゲストを迎え入れ、見送る大切なスペース。「家の顔」と言われるとおり、玄関は家全体の印象を決めるだけなく、防犯、断熱、採光、収納など、さまざまな役割を担います。小さいスペースながら、ドア、下駄箱、収納などの設備をはじめ、玄関アプローチ、玄関ポーチ、玄関ホールといった内観から外観に渡る空間まで、玄関リフォームにはたくさんの選択肢があります。ご家庭のライフスタイルやニーズに合わせて、納得のいく玄関周りに仕上げましょう。

地中海スタイルの玄関ドアをリフォームする
