A custom home for a growing family with an adorable french bulldog- Colonel Mustard. This home was to be elegant and timeless, yet designed to be able to withstand this family with 2 young children. A beautiful gourmet kitchen is the centre of this home opened onto a very comfortable living room perfect for watching the game. The laundry room demand function and storage, and both of those goals were accomplished in this design. The white acrylic cabinets and quartz tops give a fresh, clean feel to the room. The 3 inch thick floating shelves that wrap around the corner of the room add a modern edge and the over sized hardware continues the contemporary feel. The room is slightly warmed with the cool grey marble floors. There is extra space for storage in the pantry wall and ample countertop space for folding.

Complete transformation of kitchen, Living room, Master Suite (Bathroom, Walk in closet & bedroom with walk out) Laundry nook, and 2 cozy rooms! With a collaborative approach we were able to remove the main bearing wall separating the kitchen from the magnificent views afforded by the main living space. Using extremely heavy steel beams we kept the ceiling height at full capacity and without the need for unsightly drops in the smooth ceiling. This modern kitchen is both functional and serves as sculpture in a house filled with fine art. Such an amazing home!
