Basement laundry room in 1890's home renovated to bring in the light with neutral palette. We skirted the existing utility sink and added a butcher block counter to create a workspace. Vintage hardware and Dash & Albert rug complete the look.

Another simply elegant kitchen and bath completed with JAR Remodeling! Beautiful alabaster cabinets with chocolate glaze adorn the kitchen keeping the space open and airy, while maintaining a cozy atmosphere. The brown quartz bode well with the chocolate glaze and hints of brown in the backsplash, pulling the entire color palette together. The rest of the home uses the same style cues allowing for a continuous flow from one room to the next. This modern bathroom renovation features a sleek free-standing tub, eye-catching gold fixtures, and a dramatic herringbone tile shower for a spa-inspired ambiance. A custom white oak vanity with marble countertops and double vessel sinks elevates the design, while built-in storage and a hidden attic laundry rm add practical efficiency. The result is a bright, luxurious space that combines stylish finishes with everyday convenience—an ideal retreat for both relaxation and functionality.

After removing an old hairdresser's sink, this laundry was a blank slate. Needs; cleaning cabinet, utility sink, laundry sorting. Custom cabinets were made to fit the space including shelves for laundry baskets, a deep utility sink, and additional storage space underneath for cleaning supplies. The tall closet cabinet holds brooms, mop, and vacuums. A decorative shelf adds a place to hang dry clothes and an opportunity for a little extra light. A fun handmade sign was added to lighten the mood in an otherwise solely utilitarian space.

Storage includes built-in, pull-out hampers, built-in drying clothes racks that slide back out of view when full or not in use. Built-in storage for chargeable appliances and power for a clothes iron with pull-out ironing board.
