A modern styled kitchen with a white infinity countertop island and stainless steel appliances. Bubble light fixtures are displayed over the island. The cabinets are a soft brown with black metal handles with a white L shaped counter top. The backsplash is a textured grey design. Underneath the island there are cabinets in a black color with black metal handles. The flooring is made of vinyl panels in a greyish brown color.

The before vs after on this one is unreal… believe it or not we added a soffit, which completely balanced the space. We chose to use 3 different colors just in cabinets and still added an extra pop with the custom hood. The combo couldn’t have come out better! Pro tip: Don’t be afraid to select warm tones or paint colors other than white! It brings life to a space in so many ways.

This beautiful kitchen remodel includes sable stained cabinets, paired with white quartz and brushed nickel pulls and knobs. The backsplash is a glossy 4x16 tile set staggered. The sink is an unequal, quartz sink, with stainless steel appliances. The island has a built-in microwave and added deep drawers and some book shelves for more space. Moving to the floor that ties the whole kitchen together is waterproof, wood-look laminate flooring.

The countertop is Wilsonart Xcaret 3cm Quartz with double roundover edge and 4” backsplash at the mail center cabinets. The backsplash is Jeffrey Court Slate fire and ice brick Mosaic. A Moen Align Spring single handle pull down spring faucet in Spot Resist Stainless and 18” brushed nickel towel bars and Ledge stainless steel sink with bottom sink grid, roll out grid, and bamboo cutting board. The flooring is a mixture of Permastone 16”x16” Indian Slate, Canyon and Verde flooring.

These wonderful homeowners contacted Castle in NEED of a new kitchen. The old kitchen of this 1926 Morris Park neighborhood home was falling apart. After years of making it work, they finally decided to take the next steps so they could love their home again. After seeing the home and discussing the family’s needs, we decided the best kitchen for them would include opening the kitchen up into the dining room for better work flow within the kitchen space. The homeowners had no idea their kitchen could feel so large without an addition! It was a joy to show them their home’s potential. The new kitchen includes a balance of the existing home’s finishes along with some more contemporary updates. New custom-designed cabinetry in a Maple Honey finish, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash from American Olean Midwest, new appliances, new lighting, new luxury vinyl Adura tile flooring, new millwork to match existing, and a new back door complete the kitchen. Castle’s favorite part of the kitchen are the Kashmir Pearl granite countertops. The granite has a splash of plum color that really draws your eye in when you look closely and matches nicely with the homes original dark millwork. The homeowners’ favorite feature was the floors! Luxury vinyl is a great alternative to a tile floor for a nice aesthetic that also isn’t so hard on your feet. The homeowners could not be happier with their new space. A diagonal lazy susan was used in the corner of this storage. It allows each shelf to be a complete circle and maximizes the storage in the corner of the kitchen.

A new peninsula-style island with seating and moving the range along the previous pantry wall opens up the kitchen area, even with the fridge & sink locations remaining the same. Meanwhile, the removal of all soffits allows for more ceiling height and storage while enhancing the impact of the beautiful adjoining dining room ceiling. Finally, the combination of stained and painted cabinetry brightens the space significantly without putting the kitchen out of place from the rest of the home featuring stained wood.
