This Pasadena project included a full-scale remodel spanning the kitchen, living area, and upstairs spaces. From the mundane to the marvelous, we infused every corner of this two-story townhome with innovative design solutions and personalized touches. Revitalized from top to bottom, this kitchen shines with new light wood flooring, custom lacquer wood cabinets, durable quartz countertops, vibrant green paint, and eye-catching graphic porcelain tile. White oak floating shelves and modern appliances elevate both style and functionality. With innovative layout adjustments and chic design elements, this kitchen caters to the homeowners' culinary and entertaining needs, even accommodating laundry tasks seamlessly. --- Project designed by Pasadena interior design studio Soul Interiors Design. Clean and fresh white contemporary transitional kitchen dining area stands the test of time. The space features marble backsplash, solid surface white kitchen countertop, white painted shaker style cabinets, custom-made dining chairs with contrast color welt and adjustable solid maple wood table. Blue/gray furniture and trims keep the classic white space in balance.

Our clients wanted to stay true to the style of this 1930's home with their kitchen renovation. Changing the footprint of the kitchen to include smaller rooms, we were able to provide this family their dream kitchen with all of the modern conveniences like a walk in pantry, a large seating island, custom cabinetry and appliances. It is now a sunny, open family kitchen.

With a wall full of windows and gorgeous barrel vaulted ceilings, this space needed grand finishes to live up to the architecture. J.S. Brown & Co. remodeled this kitchen, hearth room, and butler's pantry to with understated elegance and warm details.

We really opened up and reorganized this kitchen to give the clients a more modern update and increased functionality and storage. The backsplash is a main focal point and the color palette is very sleek while being warm and inviting. A quaint breakfast nook for the kids makes the perfect addition to any family beach home! This custom coastal kitchen embraces its light tones with glass tile back splash and no shortage of natural light! This young couple wanted to maximize their odd kitchen and dining room for entertaining their family and friends. With a separate formal dining space elsewhere, we opted for a more casual kitchen island for working, eating, baking, and having an occasional glass of wine with a friend. We agreed on maintaining the original galley style kitchen floorpan but decided to shift a few appliances in order to improve efficiency. We added a large island allowing for additional storage, seating, and countertop space and then created a dedicated “beverage bar” to house the espresso machine and large wine refrigerator. We had a lot of fun playing with finishes in this space. We layered a mix of “cool” and “warm” tones to create a multi-depth effect which registers as eclectic and pulled together.
