Nos clients, une famille avec 3 enfants, ont fait l'achat d'un bien de 124 m² dans l'Ouest Parisien. Ils souhaitaient adapter à leur goût leur nouvel appartement. Pour cela, ils ont fait appel à @advstudio_ai⁠⁠ et notre agence. ⁠ ⁠ L'objectif était de créer un intérieur au look urbain, dynamique, coloré. Chaque pièce possède sa palette de couleurs. Ainsi dans le couloir, on est accueilli par une entrée bleue Yves Klein et des étagères déstructurées sur mesure. Les chambres sont tantôt bleu doux ou intense ou encore vert d'eau. La SDB, elle, arbore un côté plus minimaliste avec sa palette de gris, noirs et blancs. ⁠ ⁠ La pièce de vie, espace majeur du projet, possède plusieurs facettes. Elle est à la fois une cuisine, une salle TV, un petit salon ou encore une salle à manger. Conformément au fil rouge directeur du projet, chaque coin possède sa propre identité mais se marie à merveille avec l'ensemble. ⁠ Ce projet a bénéficié de quelques ajustements sur mesure : le mur de brique et le hamac qui donnent un côté urbain atypique au coin TV ; les bureaux, la bibliothèque et la mezzanine qui ont permis de créer des rangements élégants, adaptés à l'espace.

Los muebles de esta cocina son de Antalia en laminado sintético super mate color gris oscuro. Gola recta con el mismo material y puerta con corte a 45 grados. La encimera que se ha colocado es dekton Fossil, y el frente en lacobel naranja, contrastando con el color de los muebles. Fregadero silgranit en color gris roca mod Sublime de Blanco. La columna de la zona de la barra de desayuno se ha forrado en metal bronze 3D cubes. El mirador de esta cocina esta acabado en PVC Kommerling serie Eurofutur.

The couple's new kitchen, finished in 2011, makes wise use of a narrow space. The volume of an open cabinet maintains a spacious feel, with plate racks keeping daily wares in arm's reach. Design: Architect Mary Cerrone http://www.houzz.com/pro/mary-cerrone/mcai Sporting a bright-yellow finish, custom maple cabinets were treated with aniline dye. This process allows the natural grain of the wood to come through, lending subtle texture and an air of warmth to the space. For the room's color inspiration, Dave and Lu-in turned to the flooring "which explodes with color," she exclaims. This was a fun re-model with a fun-loving homeowner. Know locally as 'the 50's guy' the homeowner wanted his kitchen to reflect his passion for that decade. Using Northstar appliances from Elmira Stove Works was just the beginning. We complemented the bright red of the appliances with white cabinets and black counters. The kitchen in this 50s era cottage, was always small, but this thoughtful renovation has maximised the storage and style. In a dramatic black and white scheme, the new kitchen has had a huge increase in benchspace, storage and function.
