The Jefferson Lofts, formerly known as Jefferson elementary school, was transformed into trendy loft style condominiums. We renovated all 22 units preserving a landmark building while providing city loft style living in our lakeside community.

The basic galley kitchen was transformed with the installation of a Thermador/Bosch suite of appliances, American-made rustic alder wood cabinets with a midnight satin stain and white textured subway tile designed to look like brick. An off white, gray-veined engineered stone countertop sealed the new modern ambiance of the space.

Our roots actually lay in custom cabinet making. That's probably why we always jump at the opportunity to help local custom cabinet shops ease their production times. This job was one of them. J. Murphy brought us in for cabinetry that would compliment the custom island they built for this #noyack home. Whether it's a time or a budget restraint, we are here to help all our local cabinet makers achieve the vision their homeowner's are dreaming of.

An industrial apartment in Dumbo near the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan bridge gets the cozy mood with the muted palette. Indoor plants and flowers elevated the space. The client wanted the look of the concrete ceiling, so two toned painting was introduced to this project.

This butler's pantry is just outside of the kitchen but such an essential part of it. The rustic / industrial look with exposed I-beams and pipe shelving definitely adds to the character of this workspace.

These clients love to bake, and this remodel features a built-in nook for the bread oven, and pantry with deep drawers to hold bins of flour. We also removed a wall between the Kitchen and Dining room and improved the lighting with new globe pendants over the island.

Our client was looking for a dramatic look for their favorite room in the house. Our design team rolled up their sleeves and created a loft style kitchen that was inline with the clients industrial vision. We focused on very functional storage so that we could minimize upper cabinets and maximize an exposed, full wall brick backsplash. This was a bold design that the client will love for many years to come.

This condo in downtown Denver needed a definite upgrade for it's new owners. We created a contemporary/industrial look with the addition of shaker style cabinets, thin brick, and keeping the mechanical systems exposed.
