The Naekel’s have a beautiful 1911 home with the typical closed in kitchen for that era. We opening up the wall to the dining room with a new structural beam, added a half bath for the main floor and went to work on a gorgeous kitchen that was mix of a period look with modern flair touches to give them an open floor plan, perfect for entertaining and gourmet cooking.

A vacation home made from shipping containers needed to be updated, moisture issues resolved, and given a masculine but warm look to be inviting to him and her.

The confined kitchen and unused hall closet were too restricting, so walls were removed to open the space. Recessed and undercounter lighting were replaced with LED fixtures. Wood-look tile floor compliments the custom finish on the cabinets, and leathered quartzite provides a subtle contrast to the dark cabinets. Yorktowne Salinger Maple Appoloosa cabinets. Berenson decorative hardware. Renoir Leathered Quartzite with standard ease edge. Stainless steel undermount sink. Danze D457015SS Melrose Stainless steel pull-down faucet. This beautiful black and white kitchen has great walnut and bronze touches that make the space feel warm and inviting. The black base cabinets ground the space while the white wall cabinets and herringbone subway tile keep the space light and bright.

The Jefferson Lofts, formerly known as Jefferson elementary school, was transformed into trendy loft style condominiums. We renovated all 22 units preserving a landmark building while providing city loft style living in our lakeside community.

Stile Industriale e vintage per questo "loft" in pieno centro storico. Il nostro studio si è occupato di questo intervento che ha donato nuova vita ad un appartamento del centro storico di un paese toscano nei pressi di Firenze ed ha seguito la Committenza, una giovane coppia con due figli piccoli, fino al disegno di arredi e complementi su misura passando per la direzione dei lavori. Legno, ferro e materiali di recupero sono stati il punto di partenza per il mood progettuale. Il piano dei fuichi è un vecchio tavolo da falegname riadattato, il mobile del bagno invece è stato realizzato modificando un vecchio attrezzo agricolo. Lo stesso dicasi per l'originale lampada del bagno.
