Covered outdoor bar area transitions between indoor and outdoor pools. New 650sf pavilion structure situated over 1/3 of the outdoor pool. With the combination of steel posts, steel beams, very large LVLs and I-Joists, were we able to span and area of approximately 25’x35’ with only perimeter posts.

Adding Architectural details to this Builder Grade House turned it into a spectacular HOME with personality. The inspiration started when the homeowners added a great wood feature to the entry way wall. We designed wood ceiling beams, posts, mud room entry and vent hood over the range. We stained wood in the sunroom to match. Then we added new lighting and fans. The new backsplash ties everything together. The Pot Filler added the crowning touch! NO Longer Builder Boring!

This family room turned home bar really made this crew happy. Creating a custom bar to fit the space but still leave room to have a small gathering was the main goal. With the extra space we added a small sectional to add more seating to the bar. The gorgeous leathered granite pulls the warm colors up in one place which accents against the chevron pattern custom wood wall. Currey and Co sconces adds a touch of metal to the wall along with the huge Frame TV.
