In the living room, a bold statement wall was incorporated, making use of the 4-sided, 2-story fireplace chase, which was enveloped in large format marble tile. Each bedroom was crafted to reflect a unique character, featuring elegant wallpapers, decor, and luxurious furnishings. The primary bathroom was characterized by dark enveloping walls and floors, accentuated by teak, and included a walk-through dual shower, overhead rain showers, and a natural stone soaking tub. An open-concept kitchen was fitted, boasting state-of-the-art features and statement-making lighting. The Simple and tall cabinetry, the black pendants and two tone neutral color palette define the modern aesthetic of the kitchen. The Dacor appliances blend and disappear fully into the cabinetry where needed, while the modernist range, with its elegant brass burners, complements the minimalist design. The home bar has black marble on dark cabinets accented with brass pulls for a sophisticated drama. The antique mirror reflects the homeowners prints across the room The built-in banquette was over-sized to bring color into the room and to frame the Tulip breakfast table. The prints in the breakfast area, are from the Wynwood District of Miami, were photographed by Luly. They are a refreshing and colorful reminder of her home town. Black accents, rectilinear hardware, and light countertops provide just enough of a delicate balance to the show-stopping combination of Dacor appliances. The end result is a smart, modern kitchen with warm and colorful touches that make it an extremely functional crowning jewel of the home.

This built in mini bar is custom made by Woodways talented builders. Included is a mini cooler for wine storage as well as several drawers of varying sizes for all storage and organizational needs.

The drinks cabinet is for us one of the highlights of this property. The owners are book lovers and didn’t want their spirits on permanent display. So we hid them behind 2 sliding bookshelves. The wine fridges were kept visible since they add lighting and atmosphere. Shaker style spray lacquered door handle. Solid Oak interior, with visible Oak recessed finger bar. The wine coolers are Miele.

This modern kitchen proves that black and white does not have to be boring, but can truly be BOLD! The wire brushed oak cabinets were painted black and white add texture while the aluminum trim gives it undeniably modern look. Don't let appearances fool you this kitchen was built for cooks, featuring all Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances including a retractable down draft vent hood.
