Vivienda familiar con marcado carácter de la arquitectura tradicional Canaria, que he ha querido mantener en los elementos de fachada usando la madera de morera tradicional en las jambas, las ventanas enrasadas en el exterior de fachada, pero empleando materiales y sistemas contemporáneos como la hoja oculta de aluminio, la plegable (ambas de Cortizo) o la pérgola bioclimática de Saxun. En los interiores se recupera la escalera original y se lavan los pilares para llegar al hormigón. Se unen los espacios de planta baja para crear un recorrido entre zonas de día. Arriba se conserva el práctico espacio central, que hace de lugar de encuentro entre las habitaciones, potenciando su fuerza con la máxima apertura al balcón canario a la fachada principal.

This double storey art installation was to be viewed from a public gallery "break out" area adjacent to a lecture hall, as well as the 2nd floor elevator lobby.

Each design is thoughtfully studied, and each detail is artfully crafted to achieve a balance of tradition and innovation. Authentic architecture and rich detailing, combined with a level of craft and luxury, adds significant value and enhances the quality of the 'place.'

An elegant, eco-luxurious 4,400 square foot smart residence. The spacious great room with 2-story ceiling includes a cozy gas fireplace with custom tile surround. Adjacent to the great room is the kitchen and breakfast area. The kitchen is well-appointed with Cambria quartz countertops with tile backsplash, attractive cabinetry and a large pantry. The sunny breakfast area provides access to the patio and backyard. The owner’s suite with includes a private bathroom with 6’ tile shower with a fiberglass base, free standing tub, and an expansive closet. The 2nd floor includes a loft, 2 additional bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
