Into the formal living room, cool polished Crema Marfil marble tiles contrast with honed carved limestone fireplaces throughout the home, including the outdoor loggia. Ceilings are coffered with white painted crown moldings and beams, or planked, and the dining room has a mirrored ceiling. Bathrooms are white marble tiles and counters, with dark rich wood stains or white painted. The hallway leading into the master bedroom is designed with barrel vaulted ceilings and arched paneled wood stained doors. The master bath and vestibule floor is covered with a carpet of patterned mosaic marbles, and the interior doors to the large walk in master closets are made with leaded glass to let in the light. The master bedroom has dark walnut planked flooring, and a white painted fireplace surround with a white marble hearth. The kitchen features white marbles and white ceramic tile backsplash, white painted cabinetry and a dark stained island with carved molding legs. Next to the kitchen, the bar in the family room has terra cotta colored marble on the backsplash and counter over dark walnut cabinets. All custom made cabinetry that was color matched to the entire suite of GE Cafe matte white appliances paired with champagne bronze hardware that coordinates beautifully with the Delta faucet and cabinet / drawer hardware. The counter surfaces are Artic White quartz with custom hand painted clay tiles for the entire range wall with custom floating shelves and backsplash. We used my favorite farrow & ball Babouche 223 (yellow) paint for the island and Sherwin Williams 7036 Accessible Beige on the walls. Hanging over the island is a pair of glazed clay pots that I customized into light pendants. We also replaced the builder grade hollow core back door with a custom designed iron and glass security door. The barstools were a fabulous find on Craigslist that we became mixologists with a selection of transparent stains to come up with the perfect shade of teal and we installed brand new bamboo flooring! This was such a fun project to do, even amidst Covid with all that the pandemic delayed, and a much needed burst of cheer as a daily result.

This small kitchen and dining nook is packed full of character and charm (just like it's owner). Custom cabinets utilize every available inch of space with internal accessories

The island was made in one piece, with only the posts touching the floor. The lower section is walnut with slats. The drawers are all working drawers with items for the cook. The countertop is Imperial Danby marble with a delicate Dupont edge.

Great Large kitchen perfect for the family. Attached peninsula in the design provides great additional seating. A warm feel with the cherry wood grain coming through the toffee stain. The raised panel design pops with the brown stain glaze.

The large farmhouse kitchen features white on white cabinets and backsplash with a natural wood stove hood and matching floating shelves.

Wes Wirkkala, custom built kitchen for WIRKKALA WOODWORKS (949) 633 4018 - These counter to ceiling cabinets set the tone for french farmhouse feeling in this kitchen. Along with soft close hinges and ample cabinet space - they featured antique styled drawer pulls. The Viking range and Sub Zero Fridge kept this growing family in the kitchen. Extra features added to this kitchen included a hidden chopping board which was retractable and revealed a complete drawer on the inside, Silestone countertops, black faucet fixtures, custom cutting board, footed bases and Walker Zanger tile behind the range..The french panel moulding was used under the walnut bar top.
