Created for a second-time homebuyer, DreamDesign 38 is a cottage-style home designed to fit within the historic district of Ortega. While the exterior blends in with the existing neighborhood, the interior is open, contemporary and well-finished. Wood and marble floors, a beautiful kitchen and large lanai create beautiful spaces for living. Four bedrooms and two and half baths fill this 2772 SF home.

This fireplace used to be a floor to ceiling large round stone fireplace that was too heavy for the room. The Client was looking for a more clean line and reduced in size fireplace, so we designed a fireplace that incorporated the use of dry stacked quartzite stone with a custom made beaded mantel. In place of the slate hearth we installed a leathered piece of black granite.

Inspired by a photo found on Pinterest, this condo’s fireplace received flanking bookcase cabinetry. Calacatta Classique Quartz is showcased on the top of the cabinets, finishes the firebox surround, and mantle. Claros silver architectural travertine is stacked from the fireplace floor to ceiling. This new transitional fireplace and bookcase cabinetry is just what this living room needed all overlooking downtown Chicago. This cozy Family Room is brought to life by the custom sectional and soft throw pillows. This inviting sofa with chaise allows for plenty of seating around the built in flat screen TV. The floor to ceiling windows offer lots of light and views to a beautiful setting.

Amazing Los Gatos Kitchen Transformation~ This ranch home got gorgeous for a growing family of four. The homeowners desired an updated mid century vibe styled with walnut cabinetry, contemporary counters and appliances and clean open spaces with pops of color and incredible lighting.

A sleek grey sectional with tone on tone lavender velvet and bold stripe charcoal & purple pillows frames the fireplace. A custom painted grey coffee table with lavender upholstered triangular stools gives additional seating and storage. The carved lavender rug, silver & purple accessories coupled with the black and white art finish off the room.
