Contemporary exterior features a custom milled front entry & nickel gap vertical siding. Unique, 17'-tall stairwell tower, with plunging 9-light LED pendant fixture. Our Genoa Bay Custom Home sits on a beautiful oceanfront lot in Maple Bay. The house is positioned high atop a steep slope and involved careful tree clearing and excavation. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a powder room for a total of 2,278 square feet, this well-designed home offers plenty of space. Interior Design was completed by Andrea Burrell Design, and includes many unique features. The hidden pantry and fridge, ship-lap styling, hallway closet for the master bedroom, and reclaimed vanity are all very impressive. New home for a blended family of six in a beach town. This 2 story home with attic has curved gabrel roofs with straight sloped returns at the lower corners of the roof. This photo also shows an awning detail above two windows at the side of the home. The simple awning has a brown metal roof, open white rafters, and simple straight brackets. Light arctic white exterior siding with white trim, white windows, white gutters, white downspout, and tan roof create a fresh, clean, updated coastal color pallet. It feels very coastal yet still sophisticated.

This charming modern farmhouse is located in Ada, MI. It has white board and batten siding with a light stone base and black windows and eaves. The complex roof (hipped dormer and cupola over the garage, barrel vault front entry, shed roofs, flared eaves and two jerkinheads, aka: clipped gable) was carefully designed and balanced to meet the clients wishes and to be compatible with the neighborhood style that was predominantly French Country.
