When these homeowners called us, they wanted to remodel their kitchen. When we arrived for our initial consultation, their water heater had just broken and was flooding their home! We took their kitchen from the 1990s to a modern beautiful space. Many transformations took place here as we removed a staircase to close in a loft area that we turned into a sound insulated music room. 高齢化社会を迎える日本にとって、住宅のバリアフリー化は重要な課題です。玄関ロビーエリアに段差をなくし緩やかなスロープを設置すれば、車椅子でも簡単に、そして安全に出入りすることが可能になります。スロープを設けるスペースがない場合は、階段昇降機で対応することも可能です。手すりは、車椅子に乗る人用とその他の家族用の2種類を設置しましょう。玄関ロビーに車椅子用の収納スペースを確保すると、外出準備が一箇所にまとまるので便利です。
