Built in 2000, this exclusive 5 bedroom, 5+ bath estate was thoughtfully designed by architect Jorge de Quesada to provide a classically elegant backdrop for today’s active lifestyle. The “Kettner” is a sprawling family home with character to spare. Craftsman detailing and charming asymmetry on the exterior are paired with a luxurious hominess inside. The formal entryway and living room lead into a spacious kitchen and circular dining area. The screened porch offers additional dining and living space. A beautiful master suite is situated at the other end of the main level. Three bedroom suites and a large playroom are located on the top floor, while the lower level includes billiards, hearths, a refreshment bar, exercise space, a sauna, and a guest bedroom.

Front door made as new with all fittings to be back, bespoke spray painting in high gloss to match the original design. Water damage repair was made, all loose surface was removed, sanded, and stabilized. new primers painted and 2 coat of stain blockers was decorated in. A lot of filling, new lining paper installation, and apartment painted in 2 top coats to all designated surface.
