Квартира начинается с прихожей. Хотелось уже при входе создать впечатление о концепции жилья. Планировка от застройщика подразумевала дверной проем в спальню напротив входа в квартиру. Путем перепланировки мы закрыли проем в спальню из прихожей и создали красивую композицию напротив входной двери. Зеркало и буфет от итальянской фабрики Sovet представляют собой зеркальную композицию, заключенную в алюминиевую раму. Подобно абстрактной картине они завораживают с порога. Отсутствие в этом помещении естественного света решили за счет отражающих поверхностей и одинаковой фактуры материалов стен и пола. Это помогло визуально увеличить пространство, и сделать прихожую светлее. Дверь в гостиную - прозрачная из прихожей, полностью пропускает свет, но имеет зеркальное отражение из гостиной. Выбор керамогранита для напольного покрытия в прихожей и гостиной не случаен. Семья проживает с собакой. Несмотря на то, что питомец послушный и дисциплинированный, помещения требуют тщательного ухода. Керамогранит же очень удобен в уборке.

The mudroom leading from the garage includes built-in cubbies for backpacks and coats as well as a bench to put shoes on before heading out the door.

The entry was pushed out and the original entry area enclosed. Since there was a higher-than-normal header, a custom, oversized wrought iron door was fabricated. The eyebrow arch and iron scroll work is replicated in the decor as well as hall entry-way.

With a busy working lifestyle and two small children, Burlanes worked closely with the home owners to transform a number of rooms in their home, to not only suit the needs of family life, but to give the wonderful building a new lease of life, whilst in keeping with the stunning historical features and characteristics of the incredible Oast House.

This drop zone space is accessible from the attached 2 car garage and from this glass paneled door leading from the motor court, making it centrally located and highly functional. It is your typical drop zone, but with a twist. Literally. The custom live edge coat hook board adds in some visual interest and uniqueness to the room. Pike always likes to incorporate special design elements like that to take spaces from ordinary to extraordinary, without the need to go overboard. Мы тщательно проработали функциональность: придумали удобный шкаф с открытыми полками и подсветкой, нашли место для комфортной банкетки, а на пол уложили крупноформатный керамогранит Porcelanosa. По пути к гостиной мы украсили стену элегантной консолью на латунных ножках и картиной, ставшей ярким акцентом.

2 Infiniti wall lamps by Davide Groppi were used in the living room to give indirect soft subdued lighting, together with 2 Sampei floor lamps to project direct light on the floor. Iron mesh red statues with LED bulbs are hanging from an iron beam. Natural light comes in by the large loft-like windows and glass made entrance door.

Our handmade steel doors make a wonderful statement piece for any style of home. They are available in both double and single door configurations, with a curved or flat top. There are 3 separate ‘in-fills’ available for each door type, meaning your door can be totally unique and customized to suit your taste and style of home. Unlike traditional timber doors, steel doors will never bow, twist, crack or require re-painting or staining. They sit inside a matching steel frame and are faster than a timber door to install. The window/ glass sections of the doors are openable and come with removable flyscreens to aid in natural ventilation.
