Nel grande serramento centrale con vista panoramica sulla città di Torino è stato realizzato su disegno dell'architetto un mobile sospeso di oltre 3 metri che funge da scrivania home office. E' dotato di ampie cassettiere sottobanco per riporre gli articoli da ufficio e i blocchi e le cartelle in lavorazione. Nella parte inferiore è stata ricavata una libreria di oltre 3 metri per riporre libri, dossier e inventari. Tutto il mobile è in grigio ral smaltato e satinato della tinta delle partei per integrarsi nel contesto senza risultare pesante visto le notevoli dimensioni

What comes to mind when you envision the perfect multi-faceted living spaces? Is it an expansive amount of counter space at which to cook, work, or entertain freely? Abundant and practical cabinet organization to keep clutter at bay and the space looking beautiful? Or perhaps the answer is all of the above, along with a cosy spot to retreat after the long day is complete. The project we are sharing with you here has each of these elements in spades: spaces that combine beauty with function, promote comfort and relaxation, and make time at home enjoyable for this active family of three. Our main focus was to remodel the kitchen, where we hoped to create a functional layout for everyday use. Our clients also hoped to incorporate a home office right into the kitchen itself. However, the clients realized that renovation the kitchen alone wouldn’t create the full transformation they were looking for. Kitchens interact intimately with their adjacent spaces, especially family rooms, and we were determined to elevate their daily living experience from top to bottom. We redesigned the kitchen and living area to increase work surfaces and storage solutions, create comfortable and luxurious spaces to unwind, and update the overall aesthetic to fit their more modern, collected taste. Here’s how it turned out…

Completely renovated home office with gray cerused oak veneer. Details include pullout keyboard tray, hidden "trough" for wire management, and retractable cabinet doors for access to CPUs and other computer accessories. New porcelain stone-look tile flooring. New flat weave lavender rug with a beige bubble pattern.

This Reston Virginia Condo remodel required us to bring every room up to date. We provided the new wood plank laminate flooring with a cork underlayment for maximum comfort and sound absorption. The client requested that we turn the second bedroom into an office space. We lined the wall with semi-custom cabinetry, a new ceiling fan and a built out custom closet to store books and office supplies. The adjacent bathroom shower walls and floors are lined with polished marble floor tile and new chrome plumbing fixtures. The new grey vanity and quartz counters compliment the new grey zigzag accent marble tile. The master bedroom received a full overhaul as well including a custom velvet headboard lined with espresso wood, new nightstands and dresser, 2 new pendant lamps in front of the new espresso wall mirrors. We were sure to incorporate new LED lighting throughout the condo including smart home enabled Wi-Fi controlled lighting.
