Our studio got to work with incredible clients to design this new-build home from the ground up in the gorgeous Castle Pines Village. We wanted to make certain that we showcased the breathtaking views, so we designed the entire space around the vistas. Our inspiration for this home was a mix of modern design and mountain style homes, and we made sure to add natural finishes and textures throughout. The fireplace in the great room is a perfect example of this, as we featured an Italian marble in different finishes and tied it together with an iron mantle. All the finishes, furniture, and material selections were hand-picked–like the 200-pound chandelier in the master bedroom and the hand-made wallpaper in the living room–to accentuate the natural setting of the home as well as to serve as focal design points themselves. --- Project designed by Miami interior designer Margarita Bravo. For this high-rise home, our Tampa studio went with a light, bright, casual ambience created by cozy and comfortable furnishings, attractive lighting, and beautiful decor. We decorated each space with unique features that still blend well with the overall vibe of the house. Our St. Pete studio designed this stunning home with an elegant and classic black and white theme, creating a sophisticated and welcoming ambience. The fireplace wall in the living room was painted black, which complements the beautiful coffee table, lighting, and curtains. The dining room got a beautiful wallpaper highlight making the space look elegant. The home office is designed to be a space for productivity with a soothing neutral palette and black and white decorative accents. The living room looks classy and stylish with beautiful furniture and striking artwork. The client's love for black accents continues into the bedrooms too. The daughter's bedroom walls were painted a shade of deep black with stylish furniture to complement the look. Our Denver studio designed the office area for the Designer Showhouse, and it’s all about female empowerment. Our design language expresses a powerful, well-traveled woman who is also the head of a family and creates subtle, calm strength and harmony. In this beautiful home, our Boulder studio used a neutral palette that let natural materials shine when mixed with intentional pops of color. As long-time meditators, we love creating meditation spaces where our clients can relax and focus on renewal. In a quiet corner guest room, we paired an ultra-comfortable lounge chair in a rich aubergine with a warm earth-toned rug and a bronze Tibetan prayer bowl. We also designed a ⁠spa-like bathroom showcasing a freestanding tub and a glass-enclosed shower, made even more relaxing by a glimpse of the greenery surrounding this gorgeous home. Against a pure white background, we added a floating stair, with its open oak treads and clear glass handrails, which create a sense of spaciousness and allow light to flow between floors. The primary bedroom is designed to be super comfy but with hidden storage underneath, making it super functional, too. Our Pasadena studio transformed this 1908 carriage house for our clients, a husband-and-wife team who own a leading Family Law practice in Pasadena. We created an inspiring workspace that doubles as a craft area, promising to boost energy and promote relaxation. We started with Thibaut's eye-catching Dynasty collection wallcovering, which served as an inspiration for the space and satisfied the client's love of mood-boosting color. Charming floral-inspired hardware from Modern Matter (with original roots as a jewelry atelier) serves as a nod to the client's love of fine detail and complements the room's botanical wallcovering. We also carved out a dedicated jewelry-making area, which serves as a relaxing break from day-to-day pressures. Built-in desks, cabinets, and tall storage from California Closets make organizing a breeze. We added a beautiful maroon patterned wallpaper in the dining room that matches the furnishings and decor. In the kitchen and breakfast area, we used pops of cheerful blue through accents, decor, and furniture to break the neutrality of the palette.
