Location: Boulder, Colorado, USA
Interior design, space planning and architectural details converge thoughtfully in this transformative project. A 15-year old, 9,000 sf. home with generic interior finishes and odd layout needed bold, modern, fun and highly functional transformation for a large bustling family. To redefine the soul of this home, texture and light were given primary consideration. Elegant contemporary finishes, a warm color palette and dramatic lighting defined modern style throughout. A cascading chandelier by Stone Lighting in the entry makes a strong entry statement. Walls were removed to allow the kitchen/great/dining room to become a vibrant social center. A minimalist design approach is the perfect backdrop for the diverse art collection. Yet, the home is still highly functional for the entire family. We added windows, fireplaces, water features, and extended the home out to an expansive patio and yard.
The cavernous beige basement became an entertaining mecca, with a glowing modern wine-room, full bar, media room, arcade, billiards room and professional gym.
Bathrooms were all designed with personality and craftsmanship, featuring unique tiles, floating wood vanities and striking lighting.
This project was a 50/50 collaboration between Rodwin Architecture and Kimball Modern

Sublime Styling + DesignEthan Allen marble and iron base coffee table adds lightness while grounding the center of the room. The cowhide box hold necessities such as tv remote and matches for candles. The custom pillows on the reupholstered sofa add pops of color and style with a soft grey zebra print and bold geometric orange pattern.
Michelle Yorke Interior Design LLCSoft earthtones of brown, grey, beige, and gold bring warmth to this clean, traditional living room. We created an inviting and elegant space using warm woods, custom fabrics, modern artwork, and chic lighting. This timeless interior design offers our clients a functional and beautiful living room, perfect to entertain guests or just have a quiet night in with the family.

Mammoth ProjectsThe brief for the living room included creating a space that is comfortable, modern and where the couple’s young children can play and make a mess. We selected a bright, vintage rug to anchor the space on top of which we added a myriad of seating opportunities that can move and morph into whatever is required for playing and entertaining.
Lumar InteriorsA refreshing design was exactly what this stunning new home needed! Our clients wanted a timeless interior that merged both classic design with more trendy elements. We had a lot of fun mixing and matching textures, colors, and decor -- from the velvet sofa to the varying patterns in the throw pillows. The unusual color combination of cool gray and blue paired with warm burnt orange really enhanced the overall look, giving the room a major "pop" of color! The end result is a fresh classic style with modern touches - exactly what they wanted!

Questo passaggio permette poi di passare dalla cabina armadio al bagno padronale e successivamente alla camera da letto creando circolarità attorno alla casa.
