We designed the layout of this home around family. The pantry room was transformed into a beautiful, peaceful home office with a cozy corner for the family dog. The living room was redesigned to accommodate the family’s playful pursuits. We designed a stylish outdoor bathroom space to avoid “inside-the-house” messes. Je suis ravie de vous dévoiler une de mes réalisations : un meuble de bar sur mesure, niché au cœur d'un magnifique appartement haussmannien. Fusionnant l'élégance intemporelle de l'architecture haussmannienne avec une modernité raffinée, ce meuble est bien plus qu'un simple lieu de stockage - c'est une pièce maîtresse, une invitation à la convivialité et au partage. Lorsque j'ai débuté ce projet, mon objectif était clair : respecter et mettre en valeur l'authenticité de cet appartement tout en y ajoutant une touche contemporaine. Les moulures, les cheminées en marbre et les parquets en point de Hongrie se marient à merveille avec ce meuble de bar, dont le design et les matériaux ont été choisis avec soin pour créer une harmonie parfaite. www.karineperez.com

This family room doesn't feel like it is in a basement because of all the large, black, Pella windows that let in so much natural light. The fireplace features a floating hearth and a simple surround. The opposite end of the room has an accent wall clad in reclaimed wood to bring the outside in.

In this renovation the ceilings were transformed from golden wood tone to this ultramodern piece of architecture you see before you. This home has some of the most beautifully done woodwork and the goal was to give it a more contemporary look without taking anything away from the craftsmanship that went into it in the first place.

This remodel transformed two condos into one, overcoming access challenges. We designed the space for a seamless transition, adding function with a laundry room, powder room, bar, and entertaining space. In this modern entertaining space, sophistication meets leisure. A pool table, elegant furniture, and a contemporary fireplace create a refined ambience. The center table and TV contribute to a tastefully designed area. ---Project by Wiles Design Group.
