This guest bath has a light and airy feel with an organic element and pop of color. The custom vanity is in a midtown jade aqua-green PPG paint Holy Glen. It provides ample storage while giving contrast to the white and brass elements. A playful use of mixed metal finishes gives the bathroom an up-dated look. The 3 light sconce is gold and black with glass globes that tie the gold cross handle plumbing fixtures and matte black hardware and bathroom accessories together. The quartz countertop has gold veining that adds additional warmth to the space. The acacia wood framed mirror with a natural interior edge gives the bathroom an organic warm feel that carries into the curb-less shower through the use of warn toned river rock. White subway tile in an offset pattern is used on all three walls in the shower and carried over to the vanity backsplash. The shower has a tall niche with quartz shelves providing lots of space for storing shower necessities. The river rock from the shower floor is carried to the back of the niche to add visual interest to the white subway shower wall as well as a black Schluter edge detail. The shower has a frameless glass rolling shower door with matte black hardware to give the this smaller bathroom an open feel and allow the natural light in. There is a gold handheld shower fixture with a cross handle detail that looks amazing against the white subway tile wall. Our clients wanted their hall bathroom to also serve as their little boys bathroom, so we went with a more masculine aesthetic with this bathroom remodel!

In this whole house remodel all the bathrooms were refreshed. The guest and kids bath both received a new tub, tile surround and shower doors. The vanities were upgraded for more storage. Taj Mahal Quartzite was used for the counter tops. The guest bath has an interesting shaded tile with a Moroccan lamp inspired accent tile. This created a sophisticated guest bathroom. The kids bath has clean white x-large subway tiles with a fun penny tile stripe.

This new kids bath built for two little boys in this home was a bedroom prior. It's on the second floor and had 3 double hung windows where you now only see two and the square featured window on the left. Talk about transformation!

Our Cient was ready for a restroom remodel, (along with the rest of the house) so we started our renovation by selecting Calming and Cool colors of the ocean.....We also gave the homeowner a larger tub, for soaking and relaxing. The grey vanity was the perfect complement to the teal and white tile, and this little restroom remodel is a calming spa like oasis.

Our clients wanted to add on to their 1950's ranch house, but weren't sure whether to go up or out. We convinced them to go out, adding a Primary Suite addition with bathroom, walk-in closet, and spacious Bedroom with vaulted ceiling. To connect the addition with the main house, we provided plenty of light and a built-in bookshelf with detailed pendant at the end of the hall. The clients' style was decidedly peaceful, so we created a wet-room with green glass tile, a door to a small private garden, and a large fir slider door from the bedroom to a spacious deck. We also used Yakisugi siding on the exterior, adding depth and warmth to the addition. Our clients love using the tub while looking out on their private paradise!

In this guest bathroom, the vanity is Medallion Silverline Liberty Door in Sea Salt Classic Painted finish. The countertop is MSI Soapstone Metropolis Quartz. The tile around the tub, shower back wall is Daltile Remedy Field Glazed in Alchemy finish and the Shower Tub side walls is Uptown Glass Hexagon Tile in Posh Resort finish. Also installed is a Moen Gibson faucet, Kohler Verticyl undermount sink in white, Kohler Archer 60” soaking tub in white. The flooring is Marazzi Moroccan Concrete Hexagon Tile in charcoal.

This green-loving homeowner came to us with a specific vision in mind - they wanted to go green.
