This beautiful home for a family of four got a refreshing new design, making it a true reflection of the homeowners' personalities. The living room was designed to look bright and spacious with a stunning custom white oak coffee table, stylish swivel chairs, and a comfortable pale peach sofa. An antique bejeweled snake light creates an attractive focal point encouraging fun conversations in the living room. In the kitchen, we upgraded the countertops and added a beautiful backsplash, and the dining area was painted a soothing sage green adding color and character to the space. One of the kids' bedrooms got a unique platform bed with a study and storage area below it. The second bedroom was designed with a custom day bed with stylish tassels and a beautiful bulletin board wall with a custom neon light for the young occupant to decorate at will. The guest room, with its earthy tones and textures, has a lovely "California casual" appeal, while the primary bedroom was designed like a haven for relaxation with black-out curtains, a statement chain link chandelier, and a beautiful custom bed. In the primary bath, we added a huge mirror, custom white oak cabinetry, and brass fixtures, creating a luxurious retreat! ---Project designed by Sara Barney’s Austin interior design studio BANDD DESIGN. The Clients brief was to take a tired 90's style bathroom and give it some bizazz. While we have not been able to travel the last couple of years the client wanted this space to remind her or places she had been and cherished.

The client brought her personality within this guest toilet with bold chosen colours and a bright and colourful wallpaper, making feature of the back wall.

Like many other homeowners, the Moore’s were looking to remove their non used soaker tub and optimize their bathroom to better suit their needs. We achieved this for them be removing the tub and increasing their vanity wall area with a tall matching linen cabinet for storage. This still left a nice space for Mr. to have his sitting area, which was important to him. Their bathroom prior to remodeling had a small and enclosed fiberglass shower stall with the toilet in front. We relocated the toilet, where a linen closet used to be, and made its own room for it. Also, we increased the depth of the shower and made it tile to give them a more spacious space with a half wall and glass hinged door.

This space was transformed to an open hotel-like master bathroom from its cave-line origin. The entry was widened to add space, the soffits were removed and the shower controls were moved to allow for a knee wall and a clear sight line to the back tile wall. The white marble and with small blue squares brings a touch of blue into the shower. For added glam, polished nickel shower controls, faucets, sconces and hardware were added. The ceiling and walls were painted the same soft white to make the space feel more open. Did I mention that the client's favorite color is blue?

Masterbath remodel. Utilizing the existing space this master bathroom now looks and feels larger than ever. The homeowner was amazed by the wasted space in the existing bath design.

A closet sized "master" bath grows up into a real master bath with ensuite closet. Light and bright and spacious.
